Hudson&Hippel Catering are teaming up with Pop-up Cocktail Bar Berlin to present a Mexican-African fusion three course meal which includes four carefully crafted cocktails to compliment the flavours of the feast.
This is a perfect night to share some food and drinks in a fun and cosy atmosphere among friends and friends to be.
Enjoy some flavour combinations that you may have never experienced before and get to know some new and interesting people.
All of this for only €35 per person.

Entree: Celeraic, green pea, black beans, mango, cucumber, corriander, plantain
Cocktail: Bombay Gin, Dry vermouth, thyme beetroot cordial, lemon juice, orange bitters and egg white (optional).
Main: Chicken (or tofu), chocolate, chili, aubergine, tomato, rice, corn, lime.
Cocktail: Gin, coriander, lemongrass, elderflower, lime and kaffir leaves topped with soda.
Dessert: Purple sweet potato, coconut, chocolate, hibiscus
Cocktail: “Bounty Banter”: Pineapple infused rum, plum bitters, apricot brandy/falermum, and coconut milk.
